Stouty and I took part in the Bramley 20 mile run organised by the Reading Roadrunners. For the both of us it was just a training run and an event we only decided to enter a couple of weeks ago to test how the legs would feel after last weeks Thames Trot.

We travelled down with Duncan and met a couple of friends there.

We started the race together but Stouty ran on as I paced Harriet around who was aiming for a 2.35 time.

Stouty came in at 2.25, Harriet and I finished in 2.32 and Duncan trotted home in 2.37.
