In their final preparation before the Longmynd Hike, the team hiked part of the Ridgeway (specifically the Chilterns) starting near Lewkenor and finished in West Reading.

The team (Frank, Leevan, Matt & Paul) covered 28 miles in 8 hrs 30 mins including stops which included some hilly terrain.
