Paul and Matt took part in the inaugural Toad Hall 10k today. The weather was hot and the run was pretty tough with up and down hills (Paul didn’t want them so soon after the Picnic Marathon) and plenty of off-road running. Matt finished in 51 mins and Paul finished in 59 mins.
