Matt and Paul competed in the Wargarve 10k this week. Matt had a fantastic run and shattered his old time with a personal best of 42m 14s whilst Paul came home in just under 50mins at 49m 15s.

The event was very well organised, had good parking facilities, 3 water stops and a t-shirt and goody bag. We didn’t get a medal for our efforts but the goody bag did contain a mars bar which is always a bonus!
