Paul and Matt took part in the Mortimer 10k run today. The weather was very fine for September although the course was undulating and made the run a little tougher than normal.

Paul finished in 45 mins 34 secs whilst Matt knocked a few seconds off his personal best with a time of 46 mins and 3 secs.
