Paul and Matt took part in the Windsor Half Marathon today despite both not feeling 100%.

Paul looked to have benefited from a weeks rest on a sore knee to finish in 1hr 48min and Matt was still suffering from a cold/flu but managed to finish just over the 2hrs 15min mark.

It was a hilly route although the fine weather in September made it a good day. The event was somewhat spoiled by the atrocious parking organisation which involved over an hour wait just to exit the car park.

If you’re considering Windsor next year then we suggest you park close by and walk to the start.
